Slowing down while shooting

I've just installed v3.6 from 3.4 and noticed that speeds will drop while shooting and the only way to get your speed back is to change your weapon. But it will slow down again once you shoot. I've tried setting the maxspeed to 1000 as the heroes on my SH server have a 1000 maxspeed set on them. Slows from 1000 to about 400-500. Please let me know if theres a setting to fix this or do I need to go back to using 3.4. Hopefully there is cause 3.6 is pretty nice.

that problem has to deal with your speed being reset with the CurWeapon event for amx_super to fix the "look at me i can run fast without amx_speed!" issue. i dont believe there is a fix for this since they are two separate plugins so i guess you need to go back to 3.4 =\
