warning and clan recruitment command

is there a way to edit what the warning and clan recruitment sheets say? if so can anyone tell me how?

The .htm files inside of the configs\uaio folder can be edited to suit your needs in this purpose.

There might be a bug in displaying them to other players that I havn't had a chance to look into, however.
