Different Language Setting

hello ALL, i was just wondering does anyone know where to change the language for gungame.
its really wierd, the whole time i had gungame it was in English, however all of a sudden it changed to this other language... and i'm not entirely sure that its only gungame.
For Example. when i type
1. all the gungame msgs like (}{ERO now level 21) is in a different lang.
2. when i type amx_gungame_vote- its in english everything. (question and answer)
3. if i type amx_votemap "de_dust2" - it says the question in english but the answers are in chinese or japanese
i really have no idea what to do and where to go to fix this language problem.
please do help me out.

Can't remember the shortcut command, but you should be able to change it in there

yea,i figured it out, but there's like 3 or 4 different "English" language options, but now i figured it out. thanks for your help.
