Hey guys,
I shared it on IRC and people seem to like it, so here is the link for a preconfigured version of PSPad that has SourcePawn syntax highlighting.

I didn't notice this post before I posted mine oops. Mine just adds support for alot of the enums and functions in the includes. Wish it could support more custom keywords. Oh well.
