Please let us know if you see or hear of anything that would be a good attribute for the AMX Super :D As long as its reasonable, and something everybody could use, nothing specific to what only you could see yourself using please. :up:
-We will Not be Removing any particular parts, if anything we can add a cvar to something if you would like it disabled. (If its worth the effort)

i.e admin slash it conflicts with /me stats. so tell me if u can take some out if u can i will tell u which ones to omit

1. Admin Slash is optional, you don't HAVE to use it.
2. If you put admin slash at the bottom of your plugins.ini it won't interfere with any other plugins.

i did put it at the end but ok if u can:

Set the cvar bullet_damage 0 and amx_deadchat 0, and it will disable damage done and deadchat.

Hey guys, I love this plugin.

I was wondering if its possible to add the sounds for uberslap and amx_quit and precache them. Cause when I uberslap someone or use amx_quit someone it does not make any sound...

weird? I used it normally and get the thunder sound for quit, but i dont hear the sound for uberslap. Thats really weird tho with the quit sound. It doesnt need to precache any sounds for that, their already in half life.

It used to do it for me, and I think it works for some people.

Btw I love the fact that theres different loading music, There used to be only 3 or so.

Ok so the sound for amx_quit works, although you can't use the command on a dead client?!!? lol. You got knocked the f out doesn't work.

I tried amx_glow and amx_glow2 and it doesn't seem to be working.

Thats about it for now, Ill keep looking.

lol deam man. we tested glow a few times and it seemed to work. We'll take a look at that also, but the "knocked the f out" is gone. (no dling)

I reported this on the old version, the hit numbers next to the crosshair don't always show, I don't remember your complete answer but I do remember that you said it will be fixed in the new version :\.

Maybe it doesn't show because of other things popping out like head shot and multikill, I really don't know.

O yea, the bulletdamage hud wont come up 100% of the time. Other hud channels cancel out things at particualr times so it impossible to have it flawless.

I was gonna add his cmd_search for easier access. I'll take a look at that for sure. But here is just a gist of possible additions:
-Amx_transfer along with amx_swapteams (transfer multiple people when they die or swap the teams)
-No team flash (cvar enabled/disabled)
-Drop bomb (if afk for certain time, you drop the bomb)
-Chronics cmd search for words instead of going thru amx_help. (don't forget to change your amx_help.sma to get more than just 10 at a time, you can do up to as many as you like :D I use 50)

IF you added afk bomb drop, would it conflict with afk bomb transfer plugin ? and why not add the transfer thing instead of dropping it, its much better.

Was the amx_quit bug fixed in version 3.1? Its nothing big, but if you want to use amx_quit on a dead client and you can't that sucks :\

Did not see anything bout this in the change log.

-Revive message back into the Hud channel

-A few things in quite will be fixed
-Spectator bug fix is moved to a diff location in the sma for it work a lil better
-Will be adding a cfg file
-Dunno about the bomb Transfer, we will see

Could you please Fix the Amx_quit command because i can only use it when someone is alive, and can you make a command to stop all the messages from showing when using a command, I know there is amx_show_Activity command but it prevents the name of the admin to be showing when using amx_tsay for example.

Ii will prevent the name of admins to be shown when writing in white for example in hud .. Cant you separate them ?

We would have to comment about 100 lines in the plugin. Its a lot o work, and you wouldnt be able to just upgrade to teh newest version since you would have a completely custom version.

I would suggest doing it yourself, just commenting out all of the client_print (not console_print or log_amx)

We will probly do the ammo plugin (which i thought was in their already, sorry) But most likely not the revive, you dont need <health> option, and the code we have now is amost half of that of GHW's code.

That is what the shutdown if for. Im thinking you are not thinking that most servers restart themselves. Most servers at home should be running Serverdoc (http://www.serverdoc.com) in order for crashes and whatnot that is inevitable, for it to restart itself always. And any purchased or rented server will auto restart all the time. So shutting down, is restarting in other words. :D

Yo bmann, the amx_super , if you and your team could make a plugin for the amx_fire to automatically turn on set on all player when round timer hit to 0. This work pretty useful for funmaps which has no objective when round timer hit to 0 , everyone else who are dead would not have to wait for the 1 and only person to die just for the round to finish. Its kind of a request :P

Yeah, but on 2 conditions, which is the round timer hits to 0 and it set off automatically without having a admin to initiate it, as u know certain map whereby most fun maps has no objective and the round doesn't even end even when the roundtimer hits to 0. This auto amx_fire @all allows the round to end in the funmap whereby all alive player are being set on fire till they die which the server will see whose the last to die and automatically declare which team is the winner , this in turn allow the round to end. Those players who are dead already hate to wait even longer whereby 2 players left and they still camp which make the dead players more frustrating to wait either for them to die even when the timer hits 0. You get my point o.0?

Though this may seem bizzare, is there a way to set that when a person is set on fire, the fire does not spread around other players on contact. I found that this is a pretty unique method of punishing players but it would backfire with them running into players purposely. Though it may seem fun at times, there's the odd majority who dislikes getting killed for something as dumb as being touched by a punished player.

Perhaps a cvar setting that allows or disallows the spread?

Yeah there is a amx_fire plugin that allows the fire not to spread to other players, however it is a seperate plugin from amx_super, I think amx_super uses the another different version of the fire plugin. You can search in the download plugin section for amx_fire by f117bomb or what his nick called again lol ._. .

That will be great :D if you could do it for me, because my funmap server, lots of ppl kept on whining about those campers who doesn't move their arse and the round timer stuck at 0 due to no objectives with no admin around, I wish the plugin can automatically set all alive players on fire without needing an admin to do it when the round timer hits to 0 :D. Credit will be put up in my server for your work if you could manage to make it for me >.<

Yes, sorry Newbie, that is a more "personal" plugin. I read about the cvar to burn people or not, which will be added in 3.5 tho :D (already done, just need to finish a few other plugins to add)

And im definitly going to add that amx_clear. But only admins with rcon or a special flag should use that command. Otherwise asshole admins will abuse that and people will not come back.

O yea, I would add immunity. I would re-write X-olents, or he could to make it an admin command and bypass other admins. But I find alot of newb administrators give immunity to the lowliest of admins. Sadfully, I woulnt make it immunity just cause of that reason, sux. So yea.

I made sometime a plugin for my server, amx_redirect to redirect people if I want and a cvar redirect_ip and redirect_port. Is that what you want bmann?

i usually sign into rcon while in game (or use HLSW)
and then once u do "rcon restart" or "rcon changelevel mapname"
it will show all rcon logs into your console

Let's say the round time limit is 5 minutes. After about 1 minute everyone except two people have died and they don't seem to ever run into each other. Another 2 minutes pass and everyone's getting impatient. That's when an admin could use amx_endround and basically makes it a draw.

it would end the round (force CT/T win) once the timer hit 0 if the round didnt end automatically
it for maps such as fun ones instead of reg ones.

Your halfway :up: there, the plugin works but not the way when round end then the fire will auto start . Even after the next round, the starting part, it automatically still set alive players on fire IF I set amx_fireon 1, it keeps on burning after round and round lolx. So the problem now lies is that it will auto set on fire upon round start instead of timer hitting 0 >.<

forgot to multiply the mp_roundtime by 60 to turn it into minutes instead of seconds :P

Well its nice to dig up some things here, shed some light. I will look into some of that dekken, and yes i read it all. Some things differ tho, like gravity. all it does is change sv_gravity so making a command that is completely diff than the stock command is like teaching a dog bad tricks when the command is already easy enough.

-speed, were gonna have to fix for sure now (i never knew about the bugs, i dont use speed on my server)

-flash, its supposed to just replicate a flash bang, not blind them till you want. lol But we can see

I will look into the rest when i get home and open up the sma with exolent.

Hey guys. Bmann had this idea to rewrite the amx shutdown code so it's checks the server FPS, and if it hits a certain number after a set amount of times it will restart and reconnect everybody like it normally does.

The reasoning behind this is a few server companies i know of and wont say here, have some shitty ass lagg, and it catches up and i find restarting solves this equasion or lack of customer service, and i get tired of hearing from admins saying, "its laggy as hell" then i have to say amx_shutdown. -bmann_420

Whats wrong with the amx gag ? It stopped working after version 3.6 i think, when u added the timing thing (600) , people can talk now even if they are gagged =/ ? I tested it several times me and some admins did too .

Wow, that is one of the weirdest put together plugins.ini I have ever seen for cstrike. lol Besides a shit load of plugins, along with glow2 which is in teh super, and the super is on the bottom?

I dunno what to say with all those, doesnt look like they should interfere, but who the hell knows with that many. lol, sorry bud.

THe only think I can say, put the priority plugins at top always, kinda rule of thumb.

Just wanna make sure the deadchat and spec vip issues are fixed. I know the speed fix works, and the other one is obvious :D

and bman, those glows will replace the commands in super which is why its at the bottom (or below)
because the commands "return PLUGIN_HANDLED" and block the command from being detected in later loaded plugins. =P

The size does matter, but not extensively if your talking about resources. Its more how the plugins is coded. What and how it was produced plays teh biggest factor. So you can take out things, but significantly you would have to take out quite a bit for any visible difference

It can be difficult though to take things out if you dont know much, as in its not just top to bottom :D

Same thing with Auto unstucking, might i might look at that, but it looks like a lot of code. might not make it.

this is another one of my stupid/picky things but don't you think it would be better to put the showndead scoreboard fix in the client_disconnect function instead of the client_connect one. It seems that the "showndead" bug only comes up when people disconnect, but the fix for this bug only starts working when a new player connects. Maybe it would make more sense to run the fix right as the player disconnects, meh...

alltalk 0 = alive team players from the same team can talk to each other and dead team players can talk to each other
alltalk 1 = anyone can talk to anyone

What i am suggesting is that alltalk1 + this command = alive CTs and alive Ts can talk to each other and dead CTs and dead Ts can talk to each other. So if you are alive you shouldn't be able to hear dead people and vice versa.

-Removed the old shutdown, and replaced it with Hawk552's Restart/Shutdown plugin
-Fixed a few small issues with enter/leave messages and some small coding crap
-Added VEN's Idle Kicker plugin, that switches you to spec, and when full, kicks you out
-Also had to use the Define: #define AFK_CHECK_INTERVAL 5 (Which is editable in the .sma, diddnt think anybody would really need to change it)
-Added ML for the above plugin
-Did a Complete Re-Write of the Gag Plugin
-Fixed the speed echo issue
-Major code cleanup for amx_weapon thanks to [DeathTV] Sid 6.7 (http://forums.alliedmods.net/member.php?u=31319)
-Code change for the new menu

amx_ammune_access a // Acces flag for immunity / Will not kick any admin with this flag

Im changing the changelog as I go with these updates slowly but surely. Just thought I would toss out their a few more lil nice things. The ghost should be gone from revive from now on, and I will be using Emp's new awesome smart slash plugin so no more need to have admin_slash, it will work for all commands, and already be in the Super itself. :D Other than that, you can read the changelog, and this most likely will be the last revision, but who the hell knows.

I have 3 suggestions. It would be nice if you added the amx_exec function into the supermenu. Uaio_menu has it already and it works great. Also i noticed amx_super doesn't have a name locker like Twilight Suzuka's, and last I think you should ad the ability to show gungame stats as well which i was successfully able to do by modifying yami's version which you can find here http://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=619085&postcount=15 so there you go! BTW: amx_super & supermenu are the best! Great Job! :up:

Im not sure about the admin check, I would figure I took it out just for space consumption or something along those lines. I have been terribly busy at work and no time to work on the Super, as im pretty much done with 4.0, just working out a few bugs, and now possibly a few integrations. I was planning on releasing it with the Menu, I guess that is depending on when Yami is done :D
