I think it may be your Version of AMX Mod X, you have 1.76a instead of 1.76d.

Have you compile gungame.amxx for your 1.76a ?

Can you update your AMX to 1.76d ?

Is your server console output from "amxx plugins" or "amx_plugins"?

Enable debug mode on gungame.amxx and check the server console on map load. It should show the reason why the plugin did not load.

i use "amxx plugins" and in console printed when i started my server:

couldn't exec listip.cfg
