Hey - CSDM Mod, how'd i make it permanent..

Hey I've installed my mod to the addons, folder name cssdm folder. - IN ADDONS -

I then edited the cssdm.cfg folder to my liking restarted the server, but it doesn't work, could you please give me detailed help on how to install it!

PS: I WANT IT TO BE ON ALL THE TIME!!!

PS: No, I won't move this thread for you. Start a new one once, if and only if you have read the documentation, and have the following diagnostic output from the server command: "meta list"
