Admin All in One Commands (by:AMX(x) community)

hey i have this plugin intalled into my amxx plugins folder and then i put it in the name in plugins.ini file...but it does not work once i restart the server!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!! awww yes and one more thing I have a server going and whenever i put in restartround like 2 to 3 times it will change the rcon password to "changeme" and i cant figure out why!!! PLEASE HELP ME I WILL BE VERY GREATFULL!!!

P.S. the server is useing AMXX MOD and the server that the RCON keeps changeing is a DPB server....PLEASE HELP!!!!
