1. Add AMX file to AMX plugins folder and add line in plugins.ini.

Alternate STATS.AMX README

Alternate STATS.AMX HELP:

The problem was running PS Rank and also STATS.AMX to get the cool sounds or on screen messages. I tweaked this version of the STATS.AMX so you could still use /rank, /stats and /top15 as PS Rank whats to use them showing only your PsychoStats ranking system.

There is however something you must do so you don't get conficting stats information in-game. You have to use my tweaked version of STATS.AMX and follow config directions below..

Plugins Envoled (must be running csstats module also):

stats.amx
stats_logging.amx
miscstats.amx
psrank.amx

In game you need to type in console amx_statscfgmenu and turn off a few settings:

Stats at end of map OFF
Top15 at end of map OFF
Say /stats OFF
Say /top15 OFF
Say /rank OFF
Spec rank info OFF

I have found that Say /statsme ON is still pretty cool for your personal round stats.

Problem is, "most" of these guys dont run servers, they test with bots and such... add to that PS2.01 is still a beta and not as widespread as PS1. Once Mod X takes off to it's potential you'll see much more info here. Most of the chatter here are these guys talking back and forth between themselves... Later it'll be full of folks needing help just like AMX is... which is both good and bad :)

The big problem with in game compiling stats IMO is the lag and requirements for freezetime. StatsX is most likely your bext bet if you HAVE to have in-game stats. I like the detail and NOW with the at least displaying in-game of PsychoStats v2.0.1 +++.

Ok, I had to verify before I wrote and I had not checked earlier thats why I deleted the message... In AMX, I still was able to show attacker/killer info with stats.amx disabled... with Mod X I cannot... So I have to choose to lose this plugins best features and only have /search ability or attacker/killer info. Users were already asking about killer info so for now I have re-enabled stats.amx... can you fix that ?

PStats is diff than stats.amx or statsx.amx stats. You ranks will never equal. You could if you really want tweak the stats.sma and make so the needed PS Rank commands do not work but leave things like /hp or /me and shit like that. It is possible to maybe combine the 2 if your really excited. Basically you remove the parts that look for /stats /rank /top15 and recompile. The rest you can disable doing a amx_statscfgmenu and turning off (stats_cfg.amx).

I think I figured out why it works in AMX but not in Mod X... but it's not a good thing. In AMX I run WC3 and it displays the damage and such...

I dont want any AMXX rank... thats why your plugin is so appealing... What I need is to have the damage showing and other stuff not related to your plugin... not any of the /commands Just the other settings...

Make sense ?

Wow... I guess your not really reading what I have been writing... I will try again, and be more specific.

If I disable stats.amx (This applies to BOTH AMX & AMXX) I lose Attacker / Victim / Most Damage info which my users really like to see. I thought it was a unique to AMXX issue until I realised the only reason I saw ATTK/VIC/DMG info when running AMX is I typically run WC3 Mod which produces that info for me.

I'd like to see this info incorporated into your plugin so we can disable stats.amx safely without losing functionality. Elsewise maybe mod the plugin to use seperate commands /psrank /psstats /pstop15. It also should be stated in the info that folks will lose the other functionality by disabling stats.amx.

Read my edited first post. I think I have solved your issues. Great idea by the way. I am also running stats.amx now for the cool ingame information and making sure ranks are only coming from PS Rank. I tested worked fine... let me know how it goes.

Question:

What features does PStats offer besides the webpage stats? Does it hve like in-game stuff? The main in-game stat i am looking for is when you die or the round ends, shows the attackers dmg to you/your dmg to other players.

All the other ones are just spiffy.

Besides /rank and /top15

StatsX seems to case alot of crashes and errors, so i was thinking of switching to PStats. Only reason i went StatsX is because everyone says use it on the forums.

He is not lazy for not holding your hand... wrong attitude...

Psycho-Nuke is to integrate Php-Nuke and Psychostats... you dont need Psycho-Nuke or Php-Nuke to run this plugin in conjunction with Psychostats. It actually is a bad idea because your opening a whole website inside a MOTD window in CS, just to see the stats inside a window on the website.

For example (Psychonuke on my site):

Shrink your browser window and you'll see what I mean about loading the site in a small MOTD window vs. just the stats themselves. All that being said, you are in the wrong place for Psychostats support:

I would think now would be good time to convert if your players are all up for it. Steam is pretty stable now and 1.6 is the only one with the in game brower type capabilities.

Added /top10 to triggers since everyone was used to /top10 and added sanaell code for topclan. Fixed topclan for the new PS version since the clan page uses clanlist.php and not the old querystring method.

i have recently installed amx mod x and i just tryed to install the ps system but it dosrnt work i put the files in there appropriate places and i checked the stats config on my mod menu and it says there are no stats plugins installed does anyone have an idea what i should do and someone said to add line to plugins.ini what line is that, and is that(amx_psrank_url) all i need to put in the amxxconfig or is there something else and how would i type it.?!?!?!

/rank /top10 /top15 all do the same thing so if one works most likely they all work. /stats is the only one that does a search on your current name if found should go right to your details page. /search [name] is kinda the same thing as /stats but you can enter you own name to search for. /topclan's only thing is to show you the clan page. Sounds like things are working fine for you.

As far as having the other stats.amxx installed at same time you need to tweak that plugin so it doesn't use the same commands like /stats and /top15. I would check that or remove that plugin. All you really need is the statsloggin plugin to get the details for hitboxes and headshots.

:D Our server wouldn't survive without amx_gas. I am considering trying this plugin, but my sole intent would be to track player user names. I have tried the 2 sql user tracking plugins available for amxx and both have issues.

I know Psychostats provides exactly what I want to know regarding player user names and I believe seeing the info in game this way will get me what I want, but only if I can click to that screen showing all names used for the steam ID.

JGHG has the ultimate plugin for this (remember_the_names), however I can't use it with sql because it mad lags the server at every player connection.

Tried this with 1.60 and there are a few issues. When the motd window with psychostats is open, my game in the background was very choppy. I asked others to view my ping while viewing the motd and I was told my ping kept going blank then reappearing as if I was losing connection to the server.

Other notes, search doesn't work, rank pulls up a screen with random players in no particular order, top clan doesn't seem to do anything. The only command that works correctly is /stats. I suppose until something changes, I will have to remove this one.

like for example mine is:

there isnt much more to it.. its just like the example that you posted lol
