or just Source-dedicatedserver/addons :?: :?:

You should always start with the mod directory, in this case cstrike.

...srcds/cstrike/addons/plugin

Well Is it "srds" or Counter strike source dedicated server

Wherever you installed it. That part changes, the "cstrike" part does not.
