is there an option to make a team deathmatch instead of a regular deathmatch? spawn points for every team in their spawn and FF off?

Just use only the plugin to disable hostages and bombs ...... but respawning would be illogical ......

Of course...yes!

Just install cssdm as default. Delete all files in the cssdm/maps folder and turn ff off in server config and voila...you have exactly what you are asking for.
