Has anyone seen this error before. After clicking ok, I then get the "out of memory reference srcds.exe error"?

Running CS:S srcds.exe, Mani zh, CS:S DM (latest), gore_mod (latest as of today), mattie event scripts (counter-bet, and just recently added ace_rates).
I took ace_rates off and it seems to have gone away, but I'm getting that occasional mem ref. error now.
