Add HP@kill

hi,

Could you add a new feature to TDM mod?

if someone kills, the killer get some HP. (consant value, or the X % of the victim HPs)

Many times happened It with me, i kill 2 people, but they can only bruise me to 10hp. And come the noob, and he fire my foot , and kill me, becuse i have only 10hp and a empty m4 :x

Someone can make their own plugin to do this, it wouldn't be hard. I don't want to add tons of bloat to CS:S DM.
