I can't tell that the command is working for me. I believe I have the cssdm_password set, then I use the cssdm_login... but I see no new .txt files for any custom maps I use this on.

both cssdm_login and cssdm_addspawn say something if they're working.
Make sure you're setting the password in server.cfg.
