Dynamic IP

Hi,

I am new to NemoD and was wondering. I have a dynamic ip address from the place that i will be playing on my server. MY SERVER HAS A STATIC ONE. it is my gaming machine that does not. If the admin is identified by IP, how can i be admin on my server if i have an ever changing ip address? Am i wrong about how admins are identified. Can the admin be identified by Steam ID?

B) Yes, you can set admins with SteamID.
