Which file should I modify if I want to change MOTD?

I want the MOTD(message of the day) direct to a specific webpage in CS:Source. (such as http://motd.123.com/forward.asp?nServerIP=54.61.100.11&id=STEAM_0:0123456)
I get the SourceSDk and VC.net 2003, I want to know which file should i modify to make this?
I am a freshman in this area, thanks for any help!!

when i edit my motd, it's all html. So, get all of the html for that site and put it on there. if you don't know how to edit the motd, there's a file called motd.txt

First off make a webpage for your MOTD, then upload it to a website of yours.
Then in your motd.txt file, put in the URL to the webpage you made.
Example: www.thefew.vze.com/fewCSS.htm
Now the above link will be what you see when you join our server.

NOTE.....
The name of your motd webpage can be whatever name your want but make sure the Title of your page is Cstrike MOTD or it might not work.
IE: <title>Cstrike MOTD</title>
