You are meant to be a mind reader when it comes to helping people. :(

If he can't get sourcemm to work, of course css dm won't load.
Not getting sourcemm to load could be a number of things :(

Creat a batch file for installing, that whould help. If I could figure the correct file locations out, I whould make one myself.

Which parts of the path structure do you not understand?
For counterstrike(just an example) all paths are relative to C:\path\to\server\install\cstrike (windows) or /path/to/server/install/cstrike (*nix).

E.g.
Assume the install is at /usr/home/me/hl2ds_l
The cstrike dir will be /usr/home/me/hl2ds_l/cstrike
and addons at /usr/home/me/hl2ds_l/cstrike/addons
so when it says install a file to addons/metamod/bin (given relatively), it's actual install location would be /usr/home/me/hl2ds_l/cstrike/addons/metamod/bin (absolute path).
Obviously the paths will look slightly different for windows, however, the principal is the same.

The install instructions give only relative path, due to the fact the writer of the instructions does NOT know where YOUR install is located.
Once you know where your install is at, then it takes very little thought to actually work out where the files should end up.
If you finally find your install, and add the relative paths, then maybe you'd like to make this little bat script, post it here, and feel good about your contribution. ;)

You might want to try an absolute path for sourcemm in gameinfo.txt.

I tried a relative path and it would never work :\

After the way you've treated help so far. I'd be weary which batch files i ran if I were you
