Haven't seen that movie. I lost all interest when I saw the casting and realized it was obviously not a serious attempt to do a Duke's movie.

I thought the movie turned out surprisingly well. And Willie Nelson was a pretty good uncle jesse, yes it was more of a comedy than a "serious" Duke movie, but here's my classification:
"Guy movie", any guy would love it, cool car chase scenes, awesome slides, a couple of explosions, plenty of comedy, and hot chicks...
