40 man join mod?

Hi, i run and operate LANFusion LLC. We currently have 5 pubs (two 40 mans, and three 24 mans). They all fill up on a daily basis, and so i was hoping to turn my pub 1 into a 48, 56, or 64 man pub, however, most maps only have 20 spawn points on each side. I was playing on a server called moongamers which has 48 slots. They have a mod where, if the teams are 'full', you can go spectator and type bot.join and it will automatically add you to a team. Does anyone know where i can get this mod or know of a similar one? Thanks

isnt the bot.join thing but it does let more then 40 players on

Apparently Dust1 can hold more than 40 players, because I usually play on a Server called Dust Extreme (Australian). It holds 42 people and none of them spawn in the same place, and it doesn't use a MOD like that.
