Is there a way to include sounds without the .res files?

I want to include sounds in my maps but i want it to download the sounds no matter what map it's on without having to make a .res file for EVERY map... is there a way to do this?

believe it or not i have seen that topic before and wanted to download it but i still don't see a place to download it...
where do i get the file at? there is no link on that page that i can see.. i've tried hovering over every friggin word.

err just figured it out.. my file thing wasn't on on the forums... also my server isn't on linux
