For those who are running CS:S server, what mod are you guys using? Beetlefart? Mani-Admin? which is better.... Also, if theres another mod out there, be sure to post it.

i've used both bettles, and mani's

i guess the best way to explain the difference is comparing to mods in 1.6

Bettles = Adminmod
Mani's = Amxmod/Amxmodx

difference ? menus :D

but Bettle did add a mainframe menu also, so now they are kinda of the same i guess.

the admins on my server though, liked bettles better cause they knew all the commands by heart, the dumb fucks just complain i tell, like running a kindergarden class :P

Thanks for reply.. yeh we were not to excited with mani b/c you couldnt use regular rcon.. Well thats what the admins on our server were complaining about. So I have bettles installed and its turning out ok. I just like the quick keys with mani

same here,
but then again u can program via userconfig.cfg quick keys for all commands, i did that alot in 1.6, binded banmenu, kickmenu, and slapmenu
damn must be why i keep going back to play on my 1.6 server, just to admin abuse :twisted:

with mine you could do quick binds bind "h" "@banmenu"
bind "j" "@kickmenu"
etc..
but I still prefer typing in chat..
nothings quicker than y @kick Jerk to kick TheBigJerk
i can have that done with out haveing to look thru menus or whatever.
