Cant get statusme, top ten feature on Mani's Mod to work

I am trying to get get the statusme and the top ten feature on Mani's V1.0.7 admin mod to work but I have no clue how to get it working. I am also trying change the welcome information screen when a player first joins a server. Other then that I have all else working on my server.
