Question about the mod

If you're renting a server, and it doesn't have admin mods on it, can you add it from your computer? if so, how? if you cant do that, do you have to have the person whos runing the server do all the work? or what?

My server is hosted by ReconGamer and I have BeetleFart's mod. Do you have ftp access or a web control panel for your server? If you do you can upload the files through that.
