rcon commands!

can someone please tell me where i can get reliable rcon commands for a source server? all i really need is kick,ban,weapon restriction, ff, and map changes.

i kno how to do the ff, but then everytime the map restarts, it goes back to being off. please helP!

edititng cfg/server.conf and setting mp_friendlyfire to whichever setting you want will make sure that at every mapchange it will still be so.
