Without reading the 10000 other ideas to see if its duplicated, heres another one of mine:

Have a "point and click" interface where if you press a pre-defined key, it brings up an overlay gui that you can click on with your moue pointer. Would be really easy to quickly ban/slap/slay/kick people that way.

One button to bring up interface.
Highlight name.
click "ban"
done.

This is a good idea... PM and I are currently discussing the best way to code menus in SourceMod and we'll keep systems that are dynamic like this in mind.
