The config for HMG is

HMG_level 14
HMG_cooldown 100 # of seconds before the Marine can Stim Again
HMG_stimtime 10 # of seconds the Marine has in stim mode.
HMG_speed 999 the speed which a Marine runs at when stimmed
HMG_overburn 999 the speed which a Marine runs at after losing stim
HMG_stuntime 999 EXPERIMENTAL ALLOWS ONLY MARINE SPEED FLASH or BEAST SPEED IS ELIMINATED WITH THIS
HMG_default 999 the default speed in which a Marine runs at
HMG_loselife 1 # of HP the Marine loses when he stims

I heard this hero was ripped from the Hero Called Heavy Armor?

(_msv) Ripped this hero making 2 heros out of it.
First Dakilla renamed it as dakilla_msv and made it so you had godmode.
Second he erased the Ripped hero and returned it to HMG, claiming it to be his, and saying everyone ripped from him.

lol, AoT enough, your funny. Actually I have many friends from msv. I took many with me. Leaving msv was the best choice I ever made. dakilla ripped master chief plain and simple.
since it was not available/released tassadarmaster ripped master chief (like all his other crap) to create the same thing.
we won't tollerate it cause; a. it uses models not for cs (hence the no backbone twisted look) and b. its a rip/worthless model hero that does nothing new.
