Omega Red

Description
Your health constantly drains away; but when you reach low hp, you hit very hard.
To gain health back, shoot people to drain their life force.
You can't heal otherwise (except with Dracula) but if u shoot someone, there is a chance they will not heal either for the rest of the round.

CAUTION : very complex hero, use strategical combos

haha nice, your heros are all good, nice job!

we have a superhero server 32 slots, its really cool. come visit buy sometime.

hah! So you made him better cuz i released boxer - im glad i pushed you to make this guy better :D SLIGHTLY overpowered but ill just lower cvars :wink:

also, fixed another issue that caused some other omega do be deathfactored ... which cannot happen
