Description
Same thing as dracula except you gain xp.

Siphon_level 0
Siphon_pctperlev 0.03
I made this hero on my old computer on my own but, that file is now gone and i whipped this hero up in some free time. I suppose I should have contacted jtp but I didnt so sorry about that. All I take credit for is converting everything to xpman and changing the health code to xp code.
I hope this draws more people to the superhero scene since they can still get xp and can tollerate kill stealing.
Please tell me if you come across any problems.


WARNING: This hero can cause xp to be gained very fast, especially by those that don't play and just try to gain it when 1 vs 1.
When the Siphon user's health is less then 100. This gains xp per damage by the amount of: (damage * 2 * xp gained by killing the person being attacked). Siphon_pctperlev has nothing to do with how much xp is being gained

Eh I'd call it Siphon or Blood is Power, although Siphon is a bit misleading since it doesn't take any xp away. Meh. Anything's better than XPman. Good job weiner...

I do believe Rogue has the ability to steal other's abilities, not steal their what "powers" them... I was actually going to try to make a Rogue V2 that would steal powers randomly but I had no idea how to make it.

no offense, but siphon plain sux. 'Leech' would be better ... if that's how you spell the name of that mutant in X-Men.

I'm sorry about reviving this dead thread, but I have a question. In my server, I have installed this hero and used the default values. The problem is, users level up in about 3 shots. Is there a way to make this plugin give the users only a small amount of XP? Here is my superhero.ini in case you need this to help me out:
