Edit VIP Core modules

Someone could edit the VIP Core modules, to add commands to open the plugins menu, instead of having to type! Vip and go to each option they would like to activate.

It would be the Skins and SkyBox modules, that is, when players type !skins, !skybox would open the menu.

Attached are the two plugins, until I tried to add the commands, however the error when compiling.
