I added a new BBCode called "Small" it uses PHP's built in syntax highlighting and tricks it into highlighting small code, since they both have similar formatting it works pretty good.

I also added the Yellow Card mod, this allows users to "report" bad or unappropriate posts to the moderators. It allows the moderators to "warn" users and also easily ban them. IF YOU ABUSE THIS YOU WILL BE BANNED YOURSELF. That is the ONLY warning I am giving out. ANY fake / retarded "blue cards" given to posts will be an instant ban.

ok good.... thats the blue card. yeah you can click that on spammers posts and it will e-mail me and you can also submit a report.

I can then come and click the yellow card (mods only) and warn them. 10 warnings and it auto-bans them.
