Yeah it is... cuz i dont use Listen'd so i dont want to spend my time making to listen...

you are the only one who made it for amx 9.9 currently, but I have had one up since yesterday for 9.8a, I didn't want to put 9.9 up first since there are only a few heros compiled for it

i think instead of directing it to C:\HLServer\cstrike, direct it to C:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\youremail\counter-strike\cstrike or where ever your cstrike folder is for listen and you got it should be samething

as far as i know, listen work like dedicated except for one important thing, the liblist.gam file where you direct it to meta mod is "ignored" as it were when starting up a listen, it sees the file there, but executes the mp.dll anyway, so what you have to do is modify a shortcut, or change the CS launch options within steam, and add the line
-dll addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll

it should work with that, it does with amx 9.9 anyway.

hey prowler i installed metamod and it's working but it wont recognize amx, im useing 9.9 and the newest version of metamod. and i am running on counter-strike cz does amx work for cz or do i have to use amx x

i know nothing about cz, so i can't really tell you.

If you used the auto installer (i have not tested it myself, but i would assume it works) and have added that command line, then i don't know, try installing from scratch using just the documentation and doing it manually...

This is an Old one but its the only one i can garenty that works at the moment on Condition Zero

Its apperntly steam that doesnt like it, i read the AMX install on their website which told me to add that if running through steam as it seems to ignore the liblist.gam.

this info was not in the documentation with the actual download though (for 0.9.8a anyway) so i didn't know about it till i installed 9.9

ok i got the server on cscz working i found out that i was renaming the plugins int he meta mod folder plugins.ini suppost to rename plugins

most noobs and lazy people use that installer so its up to you - it is useful for those people who are new to SH and AMX/AMXX and who cant be stuffed to look aroud sites to download all the other stuff e.g metamod

just so you know everything you say here is outdated

1.17.4 is old
rc5 is 2 versions old

and jtp is going to release sh 1.17.6 soon
