I am inexperienced with php NUKE and I am trying to make a good site on my own, give me your honest opinion

any suggestions are welcome and all help is appreciated
http://www.bringoutyourdead.deadanddying.net/NUKE/

ps, I have had a freewebs site for awhile, but that was noob friendly to set up, so I did my best but how can I make it better, I did my best with the forums but when I tried to make it add attachments, I got an error installing the addon

I am waiting for the sh stats rather than waste time on psychostats so I just dropped in serverspy

you should either put a border around the top banner, or fade the guys head out, cuz right now its just a box and looks bad.

also the font sux

and make the main image a higher quality JPG

i use gif for every image i make except if its going to be transparent, use GIF only for transparent images

K, I will try some stuff, like I said, I am new to it, the webspace was given to me by someone, it was 500mb and it came with cpanel and that came with fantastico

there were many things it would install and set up, I just used the phpNUKE cause I have heard of it and am inexperienced. lol I don't even know how to change the font

this is what I got General server information:

MySQL version 4.0.20-standard
cPanel Build 9.4.1-RELEASE 64

first of all, dont pose your Perl and sendmail paths

second, try installing:
Invision Board
FAQMasterFlex
4Images Gallery
PHPList
PHPSurveyor
PHProjekt (or dotProject)
phpLinks
WebCalendar

then make a layout and combine all those and see what you come up with

first of all, dont pose your Perl and sendmail paths

not liks its usually a secret.... nothing to hide. You gonna hack his hosts sendmail by knowing the path?

99% on linux perl path /usr/bin/perl
sendmail /usr/bin/mail (or /usr/bin/sendmail)

some people are a little over cautious....
