Why superhero mod 1.14.4 dont work??

I have downloaded SUPERHERO MOD 1.14.4 from http://www.freewebs.com/sh_alex/downloadz.htm

I installed it but it dont work. When i go to game it dont type your xp will be loaded next round.

yea that is good. But SUPERHERO MOD 1.14.4 is better, because it is so cool, man can choose which heros he like and program install that heros.

ok, I looked at it, only problem is that it is for cs 1.5 and I use steam 1.6 so I can't see if it works
