Steam crash at startup

I have just installed the auto-installer, and moved the addons to:
C:\Sierra\Steam\SteamApps\[EMAIL]\counter-strike\cstrike\, I thought, that I that way could run a listen server.

Then i changed some settings in some of the heros(only cvar who tells which level, they would be activated), and used the compile.bat, to take effect the changes.

When i start Counter-strike, choose New game, and Start, it crashed at 25%. Someone knows why? Have searched this forum.

you dont need to recompile a plugin to change a cvar..... thats why they have cvars, you just change them in the config file.

Also if you got us the error or the clip of the logs from where it crashes we might be able to help.

In the addons\amx\logs directory, there is 1 file, called "foo", which is empty :?

I was just told, that i should change the sma-files in Examples directory, and then recompile, but where is the right place, then to do it?

In 1.5, I haven't had problems, but it seams like the SuperHero mod for steam, is made for Dedicated servers?

DO NOT CHANGE THE SMA FILE

edit the shconfig.cfg and change the cvars in there.
