Hero updated. Works much better now, as it should. Sets players friction directly instead of messing with the server CVAR. Anyone with Mr. Freeze is immune to the power (I belive in the movie he has some sort of gripping boots on so he wont slide). All the CVARS are actually being used now. Only tested on AMX98, please report any bugs.
