The only error possible (that I am aware of) is an old or corrupt translations file. Re-install the translations file. Remove any local custom translations. Change the map. Try again.

im facing with same problem. i changed my translations all my datas. i deleted all but its still same. i really making me f**king insane... please helllllppppppppp...

MusTy57, could you post your error logs? Is there any additional information beyond "[0] Format"?
