I think that thread starter thinks that xredirect plugin crashes the server.
And i also think that he uses none steam because he has this in his signature in his profile.
Location: I love to www.XXX.lv i get a feeling that .lv are all none steamers.

What happens before the shutdown?
Any log files?

Check logfiles!
Also in plugins.ini write debug after the plugin and then check console or log files.

after the plug-insertion by time server raises money for your connection and then iebremze and by time Main folder.
