Hello. Could someone create me a feature for stamm? All i need is for it to give a zeus at every rounds start. Thank you in advance :)

And what should this zeus person be able to do?

1) WHO should be zeus at round start?
2) What should Zeus be able to do? Special powers etc.?
3) Should this zeus last till round end of for a custom ammount of time?
