basic module writing tutorials

I need some basic help on making modules, I have C++ and I can code some C++ but I have no idea how to get started on modules.

Download the AMX Mod X source code. Look in the "sdk" folder. You will find the module SDK, along with a text file with basic information.

You might also want to check the source code of other simple modules - like Fun or GeoIP.

Look in the docs, but you must know how to code in C++ okay wise, not just some.
