I have about three versions of one that I created a while ago, most of it is bug free. Only issue was that I couldn't use it anymore because it modified the weapon to act as an awp and I believe it triggered an event that made Valve want to ban my server, so I gave up. If you want to start a GitHub I'll happily contribute what I have to it.

On player_spawn (PostHook) set the ammo to 1 using
CSGOItems_SetWeaponAmmo(WeaponIndex, 0, 1);
Then on player_death (PreHook) set damage to a higher value like 200.0 and (PostHook) the above code for the attacker again to 1.

This native is available in the CSGO Items API.

Naaah i just tought that no one can do something for free. I always like to pay something for autor. And then i feel better i never like to have somethin for free when someone spend some time for do something.

But if you want to share with all for free this will be fine and i will be happy with that

Your english is understable, wich is OK to me. Anyway, when someone put something for free, it doesn't mean that you are ABSOLUTY NOT ALLOWED to donate to him ;3 ! Also, just "Thanks for sharing" is something, most of guys here spend there time by passion (at least, that's what I believe.)
