I would still suggest taking the time to find and implement the plugins yourself, that's free of charge. You would just be paying us to use the search function and/or Google to find it for you. Otherwise, if you're looking for plugin customization or entirely custom plugin, that is different and would merit payment in most cases.

Also, how do you plan to pay money if you aren't using Paypal? Something like Stripe or gift card?

While you can find your own plugins, I'd be willing to lend you a hand with coding and suggestions free of charge.
I'm decently savvy and have some contacts that have lots of experience with servers.
