Need help with my csgo server

Hey guys, im new to making servers and what not. so far ive come pretty far with my server but i need a bit of help. I cannot connect to my server using the public ip (it says retrying public in console) and does the same for my friends. When i type sv_lan in the server it says "sv_lan = "0" server is a lan server <no heartbeat ect.>

does anyone know how i can fix this as ive already put in the autoexec sv_lan 0 and also in server.cfg and now im stuck at what to do

ive actually disabled firewall completely, i still dont understand what problem ive got :/

ive disabled my firewall, ensured my ip is static and have opened all the ports needed for csgo using PFconfig and still cannot connect to my server unless i go on the lan tab in the server browser, does anyone have any idea what i can do?

ok quick update, all the ports are open according to port checking websites however it wont let me join my server, still says retrying public in console whenever i try to connect to the public IP, any ideas?
