Servers not showing up in the server list?

So I moved all of my CS:GO servers from a dedi in Israel to a one in OVH (France), this one (https://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/game/) ("MC-128") and I can't find my servers in the infamous 'internet tab' anymore.

I have:
Set sv_region, tried the European setting, 255 and -1. No success.
Checked if they're listed in the master server using the API, they are.

Am I doing anything wrong? Do I need to allow any UDP port or an IP within the firewall or something?

if you ordered the server from the game branch then you need to configure the game firewall or deactivate it!

if you don't do that you'll run into many troubles

I'm having almost the same issue, I got my server from OVH few days ago.

The problem is that when I set my sv_region to 255, -1, or even not include the cvar my server doesnt show up on the world tab. However, when I set it to 3, it shows up on that region.


I've literally tried every single solution out there and still can't fix it ://.

seems like an issue on OVH's side but I have no idea how to fix it either :(

Try remove all IP parameters from srcds and let it choose by itself, the nlook again did it show up in server list.

Had this problem too with IP addresses from france. Some was working, some not... I dont know, very weird.
Moved the server again then to Germany location - all fine.

Did you German IP's from OVH themselves or changing the host? I'm thinking of getting a new IP from a different location in EU.

changed server host.. and I had the feeling that IP from france (had the server around 1 month) are not so good visit than server from german. my other servers get really fast filled, not the france one. So I never will rent a server with france IP.

Nope. I just 127.0.0.1 in the reply as I don't want to reveal my server's IP address.

Advice to everyone: I tried talking to OVH and they're clueless. Really, waste of time.. they told me to go into their 'rescue mode' and start a CS:GO server from there to see if it's being listed. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

I think its worth a try disabling your firewall temporarily and then see if it appears on the global server list.
