I can't connect to our private server (CS:GO)

We got the server from our organisation for practicing, when we got it it all worked great but after some time I got banned from it and I don't know how. Some say I got banned because I misstyped the rcon password but we don't know how to unban me. When I try to connect it says "Retrying public (ip) ...
Banned by server"

Any help would be great

Then it's stuck in the server cache some how, just input removeid {Your Steam ID} in the console.

Try stopping the server before doing the above. Then start it once the files are deleted.
