[CSGO] Creating No Shoot Zones?

I run a trade server. And some of the members are asking for a DM style zone in the map.

But i use a plugin that removes all ammo.

Is there anyway via mapping, or even via plugins. That i could have the whole map. Apart from one zone, have no ammo? Or not.
