[REQUEST] Working Jailbreak Balance

I've tried almost all of the plugins here, and they have bugs.

So, please I want a plugin that balances the jailbreak server to 1:4 without switching the t's to ct's automatically or not balancing correctly.

What is the bug that you've found with https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=149632 ? As long as your community is educated on using !guard then it wouldn't be switching anyone from T to CT.
