Sourcemod 1.7 and 1.6

For Sourcemod 1.7 and above you will need to download the latest snapshot from http://www.bailopan.net/cssdm/snapshots/2.1/?C=M;O=D that has the "git" tag. If you run sourcemod 1.6 you need the newest version that has the "hg" tag. Note that SM 1.6 will no longer be supported.
