Help: PsychoStats

Ok, I know this isn't the right message board to post this on but i saw a post about csstats and psychostats so i thought someone here could tell me how to get it working. i have a host for my website and files but im not sure if i can put psycho stats on it. It's Linux Redhat and it has Perl
