Execute command after 2 hours

I'm a bit new at sourcemod scripting, but I'm giving it a shot. I'm looking for the best way to execute a command on a client after they've been in the server for a (2) hours? Should I use a timer? Examples are appreciated.

Do you mean 2 hours in a row or 2 hours total?
It its in a row, does the server change maps?

After the client is connected for a continuous 2 hours in a row. Map doesn't change.
