I belive it is mix of html (Basic Website) + javascript (creating n' sending pop-up) + sql/sockets (Make choices made by client in pop-up have actual effect on server n' gameplay. Aka when x happens server gets info that it happend and accordingly acts)

Nice examples and I'm also going to try this out.

I was able to use this to create alot of things (spawn menu like gmod has) to create props etc.
Round report (still working on this) which used SQL to show events of the game at the end of the round. Useful for my ttt in tf2 mod.
